家紡設計師的要求：具有1年或1年以上的同類工作經歷。通曉美國和韓國家紡市場的流行趨勢并能實際運用在設計上，熟練運用各類設計軟件且具備優秀操作水品。明白布藝家紡的實際工藝：如提花、印花、繡花、等等。有較強的在工廠學習的能力從而能夠最有效率的工作。具有工作高效和適應工作環境，主動工作，有組織有紀律，理解團隊精神。Textile Designer Responsibilities:
-Possess 1 years work experience in similar position.
-Have basic English comprehension skill.
-Understand US and Korean bedding market.
-Identify design trend as it applies to US and Korean market.
-Have excellent computer skills for textile design.
-Understand fabric textile application:  jacquard/print/embroidery/appliqué/fabric repeats..ETC.
-Learn factory capabilities in order to work most efficiently. 
-Have capability to follow projects from concept to product sample.
-Visit factories on regular basis to do on-site approvals.
-Work in fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
-Be an organized, self-motivated, team player.

Product Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
-Possess 2 years work experience in similar position.
-Work closely with VP Product Development (China) and US Design and Sales
team in developing home textile bedding product.
-English speaking/comprehension mandatory.
-Understand US and Korean bedding market.
-Become expert in all factory capabilities to successfully meet target costs.
-Visit factories on regular basis to do on-site approvals.
-Educate China design team and US teams in factory capabilities to make design process more efficient.
-Keep excellent records/timelines of all development projects.
-Keep excellent records of all submits for approval.
-Have the ability to review, analyze, approve and/or improve all submits.
-Work in fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
-Be an organized, self-motivated, team player.
